1/3 cup water
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
Add the tahini, water, lemon juice, spices, and salt to a blender. Blend until smooth, then refrigerate until ready to serve.
