garlic, peeled and crushed
1-inch piece ginger, peeled and thinly sliced
⅓ cup canola oil

tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce

tablespoons white distilled vinegar

tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon
sesame oil
a squeeze of
lime juice
Put garlic and ginger in canola oil and allow flavors to infuse for an hour or so. Remove garlic and ginger and discard.
Whisk remaining ingredients into oil until emulsified.
